  • TBH I input my meals before i have them...I tend to plan ahead, like the night before I'll decide what the next day will be...If i eat anything not part of the plan i just add when i can, If i don't eat something i just subtract it...My water intake is always the same (10 glasses daily) I hate when my mind is scattered…

  • Yeah it does...Thanks for the suggestion, I'll have to try that another time, No garlic or chilli in the house. I def have paprika, olive oil, the usual seasonings, and lemon juice, I suppose i could swap the garlic with an onion :))

  • i as told to lift heavy as a beginner and then i was told to start with the lowest weight and work up to a heavier one. I use dumbbells, just began lifting 2 weeks ago...I do 3 sets 10 reps with 2.4lb weight...Is that right ???

  • I don't eat before a workout, I can't, my workouts are in the morning and i just don't have the appetite, but after a workout i have a bowl of cereal sprinkled with some raisins and milk and plenty of water and I'm fine till lunch.
