Bumping for later - thanks for all the inspiration!

Finally got back into the shred this morning after two days off and decided to move onto level 2..... Holy crap it was hard! I couldn't keep up with most of it and had to keep taking breaks, or spend at least 5 seconds trying to learn how to move like that  lol. Hopefully tomorrow will be better now I have a bit of an…

Grats on your results already!!! I think your belly button is more elevated now! That's a positive sign of tummy fat loss :) Can't wait to take progress pics at the end of lvl 1, its so close now :D

Thanks for sharing! :D

Ugh, bicycle crunches KILL my legs too. And I have also noticed my flexibility is soooo much better now, I can touch the toes of both feet! (whereas I could do it for my right toes but not reach my left toes before, weird huh? lol)

Getting her speyed quickly is a good idea. I would separate them if you can, she may not stop the behaviour (as she may react to smells of him around her anyway) but it should reduce the intensity with him not in her immediate presence. Good luck, let us know how how it goes when you talk to the vet!

I wonder if anyone will live.... LOL

I thought of an apple. Amputating my leg didn't work too well so eventually I got hungry and ate the apple instead. Guess I died a little less hungry. lol

I second this! Gives good results :)

Wow that does sound busy! Well done for still working in the shred on that tight schedule - phew
-
Yup, its weird being ahead of you all, have to keep going back to the previous day to see how you all go! And I'm scared of level 2 as well, but I am looking forward to trying something new in the exercises. Just hope I can move afterwards haha

Are you drinking more water lately? It might just be a little water retention which will drop off soon. Focus on eating healthy (less sodium will help with the water retention particularly) and regularly exercising and you will see changes - don't be discouraged about gaining a little in the beginning (I've noticed it's…

I'm interested too! :)

Grats, thats great results! And I got a little crazy too and doubled the size of my weights - my arms felt all wobbly afterwards but it sure made me sweat! lol
-
I didn't take a break and did the shred as per usual. I figure its going to get much harder in the next two levels so I'm saving up a rest day or two for then, if I need it (and that way I can still complete the shred by Christmas). P.S. took measurements again after the 5th workout - I've already lost cm's from my waist,…

Wooooooooooooo! That's a great scale victory  I bet you're thrilled, you deserve to be

That's great weight loss! You have the right to brag :drinker: hehe. Congrats!

Just joined the group and added myself to the spreadsheet. Started yesterday so I'm glad I have people to do this with who started the same day! Lvl 1 Day 2 done - omg my calves hurt. And I second that if she didn't keep saying to keep going it would be very tempting to quit. I took my before photos yesterday so hopefully…

Sorry, I forgot to check back here so I only just saw your comment. I've been using the system on and off throughout the year so I've probably been using it about 4.5months now.

I've lost about 18kg (39lb) using it so far! It's pretty awesome :) (That's with very basic diet control and not terribly active otherwise - so you could lose much more with this system if you wanted to)
-
Sounds like a great idea! :)

250mL is pretty standard for a glass of water ;)

Born in Brisbane, grew up on the sunshine coast (cooroy, tewantin, glenview) and now family settled in tewantin again. Been to uni at St Lucia/Toowong for a few years and now out at Gatton! Nothing is home for me like the sunshine coast though :)

Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia! :)

Going to start 30DS at the start of December. Can't wait! :)

Hey! I was a huge wow fan a few years back (before college study got too hectic). Had a lvl 80 holy priest on the oceanic server and was raiding 2-3 nights a week. Fun times! I love wow , it was the first game I really stuck to (until then I got kicks out of watching other people play games - weird I know lol).
