  • Love Insanity! Just started a new round of it Sunday. A couple years ago I used it to train for a sprint triathlon :) Friend me if you're looking for support :)
  • Just start by free writing, just type and type and type without stopping for 5-10 minutes. Then go back and read what you read and see if there are any ideas/topics in there to blog about. Or another part is just to tell your story. Where have you been? Where are you at now? What brings you to MFP?
  • The cake is a lie. Sorry, couldn't resist :P
  • Way to go Dave! I finished Insanity a while ago and loved it! Also, I saw great results and know you will too. Good luck.

  • I think there will be an NFL in the fall. There is way too much money to be lost on both sides for them not to play the season.
  • For starters, I hold no resentments towards anyone who drinks, especially those who try to change their drinking habits. Second, the 1 sentence I posted along with a link to my story was merely a way of sharing a brief glimpse into my dealings with alcohol. It was done in such a manner as not to come off as a preacher…
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/havi7 I tried to "control" my drinking multiple times and failed because control is an illusion.
  • I've heard awesome things about TurboFire but I vote you take it up a notch, try Insanity, and out-do your friends ;) Message me if you'd like more info on Insanity, I'm almost done with my first round of it.

  • I just google each Insanity exercise and see what others have put. I think this is low, but it averages out to about 100 calories burned per 10 minutes of working out. Dig deep! ;)
  • Some coaches, such as myself, will sell people 3 Day Cleanse packets (9 servings). I personally haven't done it, but I've heard great things from people that did. If you don't have a coach and are interested send me a message. Take care, Bill
  • Stick with Shaun T and do Insanity!!!!!!! Then, move on to the Asylum :P I've only got 8 more workouts til done with Insanity, it kicks my butt every day but I love it.
  • Before lunch, then have your meal afterwards; you'll metabolize that meal better.
  • I've googled what others have burned with Insanity and the average seems to be about 100 calories burned per 10 minutes. Like someone else said, it's going to be different for everyone, but I thought that was a good estimate. Sandy - If you haven't already gotten a bunch of messages about Insanity, send me a message and…
  • It really depends on what your diet is, but one good tip that covers all is to make sure you're drinking lots of water as it will sometimes stave off hunger. Another tip is to tell people in your life about your diet plans. It makes it hard to eat a cupcake if the person sitting across from you knows you're on a diet. The…
  • I'm in my 8th week of Insanity and love it!
  • Haven't tried the cleanse, but love Shakeology. I'm curious to see your results :)
  • If you were really finished, you wouldn't have been posting on here. You know you want to reach your goals, so just do it. Tomorrow is a new day. When you wake up, put this incident behind you and get back on track.
  • Isn't it great?!?! I'm in week 7 and have been loving it. It's been a long time since I stuck with a workout program this long, but it's been easy because of how fun the program is. Keep up the good work :)
  • I'm not on the P90X meal plan, but I'm on a 1800 cal plan. Basically all I try to do is eat 5 meals of 3-500 calories and that's been working good for me. I rarely feel hunger pains and have been steadily losing weight. Friend me if you'd like to check out my diary. Good luck with your goals :)
  • Just took a sec to google "He, She and It research" and found this http://phobos.ramapo.edu/~kfowler/ssfpiercyq.html It's a bunch of discussion questions, but many of them reference different works that you might be able to use. Saw Blade Runner referenced in there which was interesting. Anyways, I have a BA in English so…
  • Lol, good call!
  • I'm in phase 2 of insanity right now and have been adding workouts to the database. I don't have a HRM so I've just googled each workout to see what others have burned. I've found that on average it works out to like 100 cal burned per 10 minutes of working out. It may be more, but I prefer to "lowball" it.

  • Welcome! I've had issues in the past with munchies, but have been doing good this time around. I've adopted a 5 meal diet of 3-500 calories per meal and that has helped with any cravings. Using this site as well as another site have also helped keep me motivated. As far as the belly fat, maybe try a workout program that…
