I would ditch the weight watchers food, eat foods that are not out of a box and add more protein and veggies to your diet. I would also seek medical help - eating 500-700 calories is putting your body in starvation mode and is not healthy. It will hang on to the fat rather than letting it go since it is starved for food.…

It could be that you are eating to few calories. I recently increased my calorie intake by 200 calories and have seen the weightloss again. I am also zig zagging the calorie intake - one day may be 1300, the next will be 1600, then 1200, and so forth - confuse the body. Also what I have been told that if you are eating to…

Awesome topic! I am one of those slow runners! After being unactive for much of my life, I decided to take up running. I am about 4 months into this - and I actually like it.

I had a friend do the diet - she lost a ton. But once she hit her goal weight she did not know how to maintain. All the weight is back. The weight didnt come on overnight, so we cant expect it to go away over night. I wish it would though! It has been a slow journey for me and I still have 40 pounds to go....

It is so nice to see someone else with my problem! I am totally obsessed. I hope that as time goes on it will not be such a focal point of my conversations. I just raided the recycle bin to see the calorie count of the fruit we had with dinner.... good grief! What has come over me!

Hi Sara, I so totally agree with you on that! I am not a fan of exercise, so when I do it - I want to reap the rewards of it and not eat that amount in calories! I just joined the site this week.... It is an interesting journey to say the least! Jennifer
