I use to run into the same problem but the majority of it tends to be the extra stress from being heavy. Once you start to lose the extra weight and build strength up it will fade. Also until then use low impact machines especially when doing cardio like on a treadmill instead use the eliptical. Good Luck!

Just depends on the day I guess. Some days I feel like I can conquer the world so I go till I hit that point of failure. Other days I can barely squeeze out one rep before I feel like collapsing. My average is usually 1.5 hrs thats with 30 min of cardio at least.

You really cant target where you lose weight by working out certain areas more then others. However, building muscle will help to make them look more tone. My advice would be to just do typical arm workouts and build up your bicep, triceps, and shoulders. It doesnt matter how little you do when you are just starting all…

Its all about finding things that you do enjoy eating. I have struggled my entire life with obesity, I tend to be an emotional eater, and its all about building new habits. I tend to have alot of success eating salads that are premade that I buy from Walmart. The small square salads in the deli are around 190 calories…

Visibly I doubt you will notice much difference given that you will be watching your calorie intake. However, when you do resume you will notice the difference and will feel like you've lost alot of strength (know from experience) but I was able to get back into the swing of things. I seemed to get back to par fairly fast…
