Cannabilism is frowned on where I live.

Thanks, wish I could take credit but pretty sure that I read it some where. -Side note: is your profile pic a piece of your art?

Dont cave to peer pressure ;p Honestly though thats what it will come down too. Been there, done that. The momentary satisfaction isn't worth compromising your long term happiness. Just try to keep that in mind I guess is the best advice.

It's going to be rough (especially in college (booze/fast food)) but make the choice and stick to it. I did the same by 2nd year into college and started dieting and hitting the gym and had my biggest success since I could remember. It just a matter of truly wanting it more then wanting to party it up. GL!

Easiest thing to do is start preparing your own meals. Even if your not familiar with cooking, generally the healthier foods require the least amount of prep/work to make. Might require talking with your mom and making sure she understands that its not her cooking but your general health for not eating her meals anymore.…

Putting down the twinkie. It was rough, soul breaking too.

I kinda figured you'd place it under Arm Curls :P jk couldnt help myself man lol.

Generally no point tracking the calories burned during lifting. Not accurate or significant enough to justify eating more/less calories.

I'd personally be bulking if I were you. I'm 6'2" and 210 is my recommended weight...(Im above that right now and currently cutting)

Quest Protein Chips... so good and 21 grams protein for 130 cal!
-
Know how you feel (see profile pic) just keep leaning up and then when you hit a good bf % start building up the muscle in your chest to fill them out. My opinion anyways.

Walden Farms, because its a slippery slope when you start using other brands (calorie wise)
-
Quest Protein Chips (fits my macros any day and crunch factor)

It seems like you're not getting enough calories to me. Especially if your burning that many per workout. Body might be trying to hold on to everything it currently has due to the low calorie input. Diet seems on track and is close to what Im doing currently on my cut but I'm nowhere close to burning that many calories per…

I've got some thick thighs myself but i do a combination of lifting and cardio to reduce them size wise while still trying to keep the muscle so they're tone as well. If you only do cardio you lose both muscle and fat.

Nothing wrong with avoiding carbs... just dont plan on keeping much muscle around or building more.
-
I use ON Pre, but only on the days I am really dragging. Your body will build up a tolerance otherwise and then defeats the whole purpose when you then become reliant on it. My 2 cents anyways.

Sounds like myself, especially when your surrounded by people who offer temptation (constantly baking, or ordering out) it becomes hard not to give in at some point. Its funny because I can sit there and go through entire arguments with myself on why I should/shouldn't eat something everytime I see something tempted.…

Nothing wrong with working one muscle group a day. It helps by giving them longer recovery times and has the potential to allow you to train those groups harder then if you were to throw them in on top of another group. I personally like this method as I can reduce gym time and fit in cardio as well without being there all…

Lowering your bodyfat % (leaning out)

Just make sure your in a calorie defecit, thats really the only way. If you do that and couple it with low intensity cardio (high intensity tends to burn muscle in calorie defecit).

Better Oats Packet of Oatmeal (whatever flavor hits me that morning) +1tsp cocoa powder +1scoop Whey Protein Powder Pretty well rounded in regards to macros.

Somewhere between the first time I heard compliments from the results of my workout and the time I actually started to see some results.

Think you misunderstood. Its ignorant for her to throw this post as an excuse to not put in the effort to go to the gym and learn. I am guessing that by her torture chamber comment that it wouldn't matter if the gym was full of understanding and helpful people, it wouldn't alter her opinion. I dont believe my comment was…

Hate those rims they put on the v6's, cheap looking first thing Im replacing on mine. Hope you at least got a stick.

blizzard games, not bad at all.

Interesting how she thinks that the government needs to stick their fingers into this as well. I would rather see the industry left alone if it is found out that these companies were killing people with their products then I would guess that people would quit taking them and thus the industry wouldn't be around much…

Agree with Matt. This post is idiotic, if your going to start to demonize things that you dont understand then it would benefit you more to go somewhere that the user base wasnt full of people who use preworkouts successfully and with good result and no negative effects. Might as well start a post about energy drinks being…

It doesn't do anything. I dont know if you remember those copper bands that had the magnets on the tip but they claimed to do all these things. My guess is its just a repackaged type item. Maybe someday there will be something like this but Im guessing its not gonna be for awhile.

potatoes in any form... way to much starch.
