Well, total crap food yesterday, but was still under. Made some yummy, but not so nutritious choices so far today. Should still be under tonight. Just over two weeks strong :neutral:

Best wished to a speedy recovery for your brother katdanash. Love blt's. Went for a walk yesterday. three of my boys are sick, trying to get the energy to go to Aqua Zumba tonight. I did walk with my older daughter around the mall today for about 15 minutes.

This is my 3rd day without cola. In the past i have used seltzer to help and it has worked. I also either drink a decaf coffee or iced tea. I had to go cold turkey because it was controlling me. If i didn't have it i was anxious and cranky and all it took was a sip. I found it really sad that soda could do that to me. Good…

I have the charge HR. You can set a workout by holding down the button on the left side for a few seconds. I am not sure why you would be more interested in intensity of steps. The whole point of the HR is to get a more realistic count of how many calories you burn for activities or for me how many i burn for the whole…

I would communicate with the P.E. teacher first, without anger. Clear expectations should be set that both the parents and the students know. Then if your son does not follow the rules, you/he will know what punishments to expect.

For it to change/lower calories you will need to reset your goals after you start to loose. Depending on your current weight morbid obese/obese/overweight and how much you lose, I would suggest doing this every five to 10 lbs.
