  • i love hummous. I know people use it a lot as a dip, but I use it to replace mayonnaise in my sandwiches. Very tasty and less calories :wink:

  • Hi and welcome I have been a member for about 3 weeks and I find the site very useful and motivating. Instead of cutting completely when I have a craving, I eat something very healthy in a reasonnable amount and then I have a very little portion of whatever I crave. It seems to work for me. We had a surprise party for my sister in law`s birthday and all the in-laws from out of town came to our house. the result of 10 guests+restaurant+few bottles of wine=0 pound lost.
