Healthy filling food recommendations

Options
Hey all!
I've been stuck coming up with/choosing foods that are healthy and filling! Meals and snacks.
It's been mostly tuna and chicken for protein and for fiber it's been mostly apples, oatmeal, eggs and nuts.

Any help is appreciated!

I'm a big fan of recipe.com low calorie sections of almost 7000 recipes.
That's endless variety and healthy versions of stuff I'm hungering for.
I usually make about 3 items per week and package into single and double portions so it is ready when I am.
This diet is anything but boring and I've only had tuna once in the last month.

Edamame in pods-High in protein and fiber. I get mine in steamable packages at Sam's Club. Soy nuts are the dried version, but probably high in salt and they make you really thirsty!

Hi thank you for the link recipe.com. I had seen it before, but I did not know there was a section for low cals and low fat.

    Thanks

I recently discovered Google recipes.. you put a food in the search and click recipe on the left.

such as... chicken, then click recipe, then it lets you select under 300./500/ect... calories.

you can add more than one ingredient too.
