I used to drink 1400 - 2800 mL of Pepsi a day until September of last year. Now I drink mostly water, coffee, & tea, with the occasional juice or 7Up thrown in.

Thanks Kristy! There was something wonky with my account all week and was only able to log in to see things, but couldn't post. What a pain! When I did get back on, two days ago, I wasn't feeling well, so spent most of the past couple of days sleeping. Anyway, I am back again and will be updating right away! Thanks again!

I used to drink 2-4 710 ml bottles of Pepsi...a day! I quit last September by taking up coffee to ward off the caffeine withdrawal sickness and all I drink now is tea, the occasional coffee, and water. Switching things up with the flavor from the tea and coffee really helps me stay on track. I don't drink sugary beverages…
