I completed P90x, took a week off to rest then started T25. I'm on week 4 of 5 of Beta and I like T25. Its a lot of cardio and Shaun T is a great motivator. So far I've lost 12lbs.

I'm currently in a 36 slim...down from a 40. I still got a few lbs to go so i think my ideal size is a 34 which I haven't been in since HS.

if you are gonna blow it, do it big. I had a cheeseburger and fries from Five Guys. First burger in almost 5 months. At thought it was worth it but my stomach paid the price.

Is he forcing you to workout, or just stating his beliefs? Some folks on here already gave you great advice, for you two to educate yourselves about weight loss together.

A typical breakfast for me is: 4 pieces of turkey bacon (100 calories), 1 thin bagel (110 calories) and 2 scrambled eggs ~ 140-160 calories + 8oz of OJ for another 100 calories is a total of 470 calories. With a daily limit of 1400-1500, I still have a good amount of calories left for the remaining meals.

I've been taking 50mg of Topamax for migraines for the past 3 months. I haven't experienced any side effects. My neurologist stressed the importance of drinking lots of water, which I drink around 120 oz per day. A great way to burn a ton of calories is to jump rope at a moderate pace.

^ This Here ^ For my entire life, I've eaten pretty much the same foods year after year. I peek to get ideas of foods I may want to try. If someone has their diary open to the public, you definitely shouldn't judge them for peeking at what foods they consume. Shame on you LOL.

It's a matter of personal preference...some prefer Gold's Gym. As long as you accomplish your goals, it does't matter what gym you attend - as long as you are comfortable attending the gym.

That's one hell of a commute. I can relate as I had a similar commute. Is it possible to go to a gym close to your job after work?

I too don't eat back exercise calories but I wear the monitor religiously while doing any cardio exercise.
