ame happened to me. I have gained back 12 of the 65 I have lost but I am back on track now. Night eating is my bad thing. :(

I never log unless I swim. fitbit does it all.

I through out my scale. I was a different rate in every room and in various places in the room. It was very discouraging. I now weigh in at the nutritionists' office weekly.

My once tight clothes that are now really baggy, even after I through them in a hot dryer (new for my clothes lol) ...give me a false security. I have size 22...and size 17...16..15 So I am probably around an 18 but since I have lost 30 lbs in 70 days, and have 90 left to go, no way am I investing money for maybe a month…

My doctor prescribed phentermine, and I see a dietitian weekly for a weigh in. I have lost 31.5 lbs since July 31st. I stay hungry, but it does make me drink a lot of water. I don't always take it every day..sometimes i just take a half dose . It works to take a little of the edge off, but thats it. I count calories…

Just started on Phentermine through gastro clinic at Kaiser.i already work out 5 days a week and eat low carb organic, but my metabolism is slow and i have 120 lbs to lose. I hope this works for me ...no b12 shots though. I never heard of that. So far no side effects at all.

No no no! Do not eat fruit! That will spike hunger from sugar. Eat a little protein instead. Keep away fro. All sugar..especially fruit.
