I agree with you. Insensitivity like this can put a person over the edge - you hear about it all the time. Why would you do that?

I'm still in the process of reaching my goal, but I'm proud of myself for coming as far as I've come. I know that I can do this. I am in control, I can do this, and it's going to make me better. I am going to be healthier, stronger, more self confident, and just feel better. You can do this!

I usually eat a hard boiled egg for breakfast because I'm on the run. I also eat string cheese and turkey jerkey sticks.

Thank you. I've been doing this since the 9th and I've lost 12.6 lbs so far. I'm super excited and feel good! I haven't wanted to eat anything sweet, but feel the craving so I found I can eat cool whip with raspberries.

She did, I'm just looking for more. I'm guessing I misspoke and should have said LOW carb instead of NO carb as I'm getting attacked on this post.

Sorry everyone for saying NO carb when I guess I should have said LOW. I have been averaging around 9 - 10 grams of carbs a day.

I usually make up about 6 hard boiled eggs, peal them, and then put them in the fridge, then I can grab a couple in the mornings when I'm in a hurry.

I was struggling as well; however I went to my Dr. Thursday and learned that it's do or die. I have a bad heart and a pacemaker and my heart can't take the weight I'm carrying. Do you have a picture of you from when you were smaller? When you look at it does it make you remember how happy you were and how happy you were…
