I've lost 90 lbs so far and only have about 10-20 more lbs I'd like to lose. I workout 5 days a week, 4 days of weight lifting and at least 2 days of cardio.

I lift! I've been weight training since the beginning of September, 4 days a week. I am in love with lifting and have seen such incredible results from it versus the days when I only did cardio! Always love finding more ladies who are into lifting as well!

You should be weight training at least 3 times a week if you want to see results! I weight lift 4 times a week and try to get my cardio in at least 2 times a week. Hope that helps!

Squats, lunges, hip thrusts and deadlifts are your best friends if you want a nice booty! My *kitten* has never looked better! Lol I do all of them 2 times a week except for deadlifts which I only do once a week.

I'm 5'3, 160 lbs. I weight lift 4 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week. I'm still trying to lose weight so I eat anywhere from 1500-1800 calories, just depending on what my body needs for the day. I use dumbells a lot in my workout routine. My favorite lifts with dumbells are walking lunges, load and carry, bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, lateral raises, military press, push press, single leg deadlifts, back extensions, split squats and step ups. Hope that helps!

Hi!, congrats on the 22 lbs loss, that's amazing! I've just recently been learning more about IIFYM, I follow that loosely in combination with just eating clean and weight lifting, I've lost 80 lbs total so far!

I'm a Photographer, at this point it's just a hobby but one day I hope it can be my job, at least part time. I have gotten paid for a for gigs though and have even shot a few weddings too!

I workout in the evenings after work so for tonight's workout I have deadlifts, bench press, leg curls, rows and then abs and then 20-25 minutes of cardio!

I do strength training 4 days a week and usually just only do Cardio 2 times a week. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week, 6 if I'm having a really good week!
