You can eat them either way. I tend to eat them cold more often during summer and heat them a bit when its cold. Personal preference though :smile:

My favorite way to eat oatmeal! You can do it so many ways (my favorite is chocolate pb) and its so easy. Check out oatmeal artist of you want more ideas, she's a blogger and I use a ton of her recipes.

I use sugar free french vanilla creamer in mine. I think its about 60 calories for 4 TBSP, which is about what I use a day. Im ok with sacrificing 60 calories for my coffee since its the only thing I drink with calories in it.

I try to do it once a week on a Sunday but occasionally I will step on the scale in between if I get really curious. Sometimes that's a good thing, others not so much.

I just started P90X a week ago. So far, I'm liking much better than anything I've tried, it's not boring (like the 30 day shred can get) and it's definitely challenging!

Anything that's under 10 calories, I don't log. Unless I eat enough of it to add up to 20 or higher. My diet isn't going to be ruined by 10-20 calories.

I usually just saute them in a little bit of olive oil or spray oil and lots of garlic. I've never tried roasting them as someone else suggested. Might try that next time!

Thanks! Writing down what I eat every day does help me to stay on track. I just have to stay disciplined enough to do write everything down. I get discouraged easily so I'm hoping that forcing myself to come to this site every day will keep me focused! Good luck to you guys, too! :D
