I'm a "no" vote... went to the 10th, hoping people had changed --- nope. Went to the 25th... The people I really wanted to see didn't come, all the rest did. No more for me. But I didn't have a very good high school experience, either. So maybe I haven't changed either :)

You can do it!!!!!! :)

You can always go with the (often revealing), "Why do you ask?" or "What makes you say that?" It gently turns it back on her and could open a dialog about HER issues (Much more fun to discuss than ones own :) ). I got some of that from my sister-in-law and realized that she'd never seen me that thin (5'8" and 165!!!) and…

OMG, my dear, you look Amazing in that dress!!!! And in your other pics. I think the comment about being a swimmer is you have that lovely long torso, and so look streamlined. While I totally get wanting to look your best, on your wedding day the only thing anyone will see is the joy shining through your face and your aura…

My brain still hasn't caught up. I lost 75-80 pounds and have now kept that off for a year. But I'm smaller than I ever thought I'd be. But I still "feel" fat.... I still head directly to the plus department for clothes, even though I'm in size 14 now... Pictures are helping for me. When I'm wearing an outfit and feel…

I just joined!! Whoo Hooo!! I'm 55 and live in the Sacramento Valley of CA. I've maintained for a year, after a loss of 80 pounds. I use my Fitbit and MFP to help :) Greetings to all!!!

I'm intrigued with those who are speaking of fatigue. I'm working with my doctors to see why I HAVE to sleep 9+ hours a night, and still may be fatigued in the day. So far? Ain't nuthin' wrong w/ me! So later I'll look at some of the links, and see what else comes out here. Thanks!!!!

Oh, and I'm in the Mature Age zone, too

Hi! Feel free to add me, too. I lost most of my weight in 2013 to early 2014 and seem to be in maintenance now, eating about 1200. I agree -- I wish more people would open their food diary for just the same reason. I got a great recipe for Carrot Potato Quinoa soup from one of my friends. It's also good to see how others…

Good morning, lovely ladies!!!!!! Glad to see this. I'm 54 (and a half :) ) and 5''8". My highest (this time around) was 255, and I've been around 170 since May. I'm trying to allow that to be ok, getting used to it, letting my skin shrink.... Which is just doesn't do as fast as it used to!!! Like OP, I'm maintaining at…

Thank you all for posting here!! I'm 5' 8" and like many, never been so low in my adult life. At my highest (this go around :) ) I was 255. I had pretty much settled that my 'normal' adult weight was 235.... Well, now I seem to be pretty stable at 168-170!!! On me that's a size 12-14. First time I've been out of woman's…

I recently tried the Arbonne because my cousin became a consultant. The flavor and 'full' feelings were the same as I'd been getting from other products (EAS Lean 15 for example). I did go back to the EAS for two reasons -- Price and calories/serving. If it weren't for those two things I would have stuck with the Arbonne.…
