The only resolution I found for my incessant inner thighs was to watch my food intake. I went really low carb and found that my thighs melted the fat pretty quickly, and I was toned. I agree with this and with the thread. When I was smaller, 5'7" and 120 lbs, I had to get the smallest pant size ever and my thighs were 21" around.. hardly 00 status. Bring nuts/seeds, nut butters, homemade trail mix.. Quest/ThinkThin bars.. whatever you'd like to have on hand. Even at weddings and get togethers I bring my own snacks.

Yeah, I just say I'm pre-diabetic.. which hasn't been actually diagnosed to me, but my entire family has heart disease. So I consider that risk factor to be a pre-diabetic.

Hi! Not sure if it really helped or not, but when I successfully lost weight the first time I did sugar and coffee scrubs on my thighs and bum and cellulite was not really visible. Also, even at my smallest weight (5'7.5" and 117 lbs) I was an XS on top and a 4 on the bottom.. I don't think it'll ever look proportionate.…

I. LOVE. Kombucha!!! :bigsmile: :love: I would start with a flavor like mango, ginger or strawberry, because it does taste similar to like an apple cider vinegar drink. However, I can't eat yogurt and it's so good for the intestines!! I highly recommend it.

This right here. I've had insane success on low carb, but you have to BELIEVE in what lifestyle you choose. If you enjoy low carb lifestyle, go for it! Joy and happiness, as well as confidence, trump any "weight loss promises" a particular diet can give to you.
