IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS: I know this sounds silly, but every time I eat a piece of fruit at work, I put the sticker from the fruit on my desk calendar. That way, I am reminded/encouraged that I am eating healthy. Right now, I have 22 stickers for September, each on the calendar day that I ate them.

These are days I may have not been perfect in my eating, but I still ate fruit and most likely it kept back sugar cravings.
