Thanks everyone. I really need to up my fitness as I struggle with a whole game. I will be doing more HIIT and weight training in between matches I suppose HRM aren't any good for those activities either? I'd just like to up my endurance and general fitness as I'm team captain and need to lead be example :# :#

I have exact Same issue! No barbell, (yet) no lateral pully thing etc! I've got the kindle version but it he pages are all numbered wrong I'm trying to find the alternate moves but can't! What weight did you start at please?

My belly kind of folds over the scar, it's as though my tummy never fused back properly. If I look in th mirror and see my scar one day without lifting my belly, ill be a happy woman!

So I just did 30DS level 2 and then the fitness blender kettlebell and clocked 475 calories in an hour! That's awesome! Really enjoyed kettlebelling lol.

You can definitely get non-slip mats, my local supermarket does then they are very cheap! I need a mat for my carpet burns! A nice big cushiony one lol.

I feel the same, so i'm doing 30DS then 6 Week Six Pack level 1 one day, and 30DS & Shred it With Weights Level 1 (kettle bells) the next. Well I ran! First day of c25k and I had to sprint from a potential mugger who had just robbed a local shop and was being chased down the road by security! Now my legs are already sore :(

Holy cow I've just done this, day 3 of 30DS and my first day of 6w6p. The last circuit od 6w6p is haaarrdd. However I was disappointed that my HRM only showed 365 kcals bured for the two. That's an hour! Anyone know their kcals for these workouts?
