Chest strap HRM
Hi, I play a lot of Netball but during matches you can't wear watches etc. Would the heart rate chest strap store the data until it could be synced to the watch part of say a Polar FT7 or does it have to be a simultaneous sync? I'd love to know how many calories I burn during a match! Thanks.

Heart Rate Zone confusion?
When I walk I walk fast and am always in the fat burn zone and when I run I'm always in the peak according to my hr monitor! So in real terms if I want to lose fat am I best walking a lot? What is the difference I'm so confused! Thanks.

So I see no difference on the scales of in the mirror and I'm so fed up of her now! Breast size changes after a 30lb loss anyone?
I was a 34DD in school and weighed 120lbs. Went up to about 140lbs and got to 36F and after my baby I'm 156lb and 36GG! Has anyone lost ALOT of boob, I'm hoping too I can't bear it any longer. I'm 32 and saving for a reduction for my 40th if they don't go. I've got 30lb to lose. Probably about 5lb of that is boob! Ugh

A question for the 30 day Shredders..
Did you do literally 10 rounds of each workout everyday, or like 8 rounds of each with breaks but still in 30 days? I'm on day 9 of level one, but its been 11 days since I started. I just watched level two and I'm like wahhhhtttt ill do level one again tomorrow to get my 10 rounds in lol.
