Kcal's burned during 60mins

So I've done three separate workout DVDs. And I come in between 360-430. Is this decent enough? The ones I've done are old school but the one that burned the most was Ministry Of Sound, Pump it Up, Burn it, Lose it (probably only available in the UK) I missed out the round of squats because I hate them. I hope to start c25k soon and will aim for a few 30 min runs and see what kind of kcals I get from that.

    nothing wrong with that at all. As you lose weight and improve your overall health, you will need to put in more effort to get the same level of calorie burn.
