So I tried my hubby's shake and then looked at the calories!! Wow. Anything anyone can recommend, I've decided on consuming 1850 cals daily and not eating back my workout calories after looking at to whole TDEE thread.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Add it to your caloric intake because its still calories no matter what it is!
As far as not eating back your calories, I hope you aren't doing intense workouts where you burn through a lot of calories as it takes a lot of nutrients from your body and you should really eat them back, especially if your aimed caloric goals are a deficit already! :flowerforyou:0 -
I log my protein shake because it is considered a meal replacement. Mine is 350 calories for the three scoops plus protein and carbs. Your TDEE - what % are you doing?0

Yes add the shake. And if you do tdee-20% your own workout should be included in that already. However if you do heavy lifting I would recommend between 100-300 cals more that day to give your muscles some extra to get stronger. And as you apparently already do, look out for your protein intake you go girl!!0
