I'm to start 30DS level two today and I'm procrastinating big time!! I need to work off 430 kcals too to get to goal! HELPPPP! Lol

    Omg it's as tough as everyone has said! I was using 6lb weights level one and I had to go down to 3lb here. Although I found the walking plank with a press really easy, but that cardio oh my! I was averaging 163 kcals level one but just busted 200! In four days I'm halfway through and never got this far before so yay for me!
