Which means no whole grain, bran, most fruit, leafy green veg, baked beans and caffeine, oh and also sweeteners are an absolute no no.

I'm fine with potatoes, while bread and pasta and all meat, I can eat apples without the skin, and that's about it! I'm ok with spicy food though amazingly. Anyone else suffer and have a good diet I can copy!

Thanks.

Wow! What did your species evolve to eat? Mine evolved to eat a hell of a lot of grains and veggies!

Sorry to make fun-- Is there some underlying medical cause such as Crohn's or gastrointestinal disease?

Yes it's IBS really, some people need the fibre to 'go,', others it makes them worse, I'm in the second category!
