6 week 6 pack and 30 day shred at the same time?

I'm considering doing both workouts at the same time, because even though I'm sweaty after 30DS, I don't feel like it's enough alone. Thoughts?

30DS is good for toning, but doesn't burn a lot of calories for me.
Maybe throw cardio in before or after?

I've never done 30DS, but 6 week 6 pack is a killer! Some days I would do HIIT on the elliptical and then go right to 6 week 6 pack, and felt like I was going to pass out by the end. So it's doable, but you will definitely be sweating up a storm by the end :)

I've been doing 30DS for 2 weeks now. I combine it with 30 minutes on the ellipitical because I also feel like it doesn't burn enought calories on its own.

I had also been thinking about doing 6 week 6 pack at the same time as 30DS. I might try this instead of the elliptical. I get a little bored with the elliptical sometimes. :)

I love the elliptical, but I don't always have access to it. Only on the weekends and one or 2 days during the week.

Holy cow I've just done this, day 3 of 30DS and my first day of 6w6p. The last circuit od 6w6p is haaarrdd. However I was disappointed that my HRM only showed 365 kcals bured for the two. That's an hour! Anyone know their kcals for these workouts?
