iam 5'2 and my current weight is 135 and i'd like to get to at least 120 maybe smaller ,i was 165 when i started .

Defiantly add sodium to your list with your calories,fat etc ,i bet your going over sodium and that will make you retain water,thats the problem iam having right now i cant seem to get meals that arent loaded with tons of sodium

i looked at it to and you have to eat as close to your calories at you can even if its small stuff all through out the day ,you have to have fuel for your body to get your metabolism up ,also you dont have sodium on your food diary ,i didnt at first either and it seemed like i wasnt losing but once i put it on i noticed a…

i usally have cereal for breakfast and lunch a turkey sandwhich and fruit then dinner is always different , i usually always cook but its different .

i would stick with side salads,with fat free dressing,with maybe a cheeseburger,or maybe try to eat grilled chicken if thats available ,i know arbys has junior roast beef sandwhiches that are only 200 calories ,if i eat out i tend to get that ,anything thats not fried is always a better choice ,good luck i know its hard…

as long as you have something thats the important thing , just so you start your metabolism up.I HATE breakfast tobut i try to just eat cereal ,its quick and easy,right now iam eating the special k with strawberries,its so yummy!!!! :)

Before starting this site i would eat 1200 calories and whatever i burned in exercise was just that ,but now i eat 1200 calories and if i workout and get more calories for the day i do try and eat a little bit more i never eat all of them but your body does need fuel in order to burn more , and now since ive done this…

bananas and grapes are low in calories , i also eat alot of string cheese , its helps get through without over doing it
