Me too. I only had 458 calories left and just ate a bunch of fried shrimp and oysters. I should be thankful

I know it is fast food, but how about some grilled chick fil a nuggets with some buffalo sauce and a diet lemonade? The grilled nuggets are tasty, a 12ct weighs in at only 200 calories and a medium diet lemonade at 20. The buffalo sauce is minimal. They come in a bowl. I am 5'7" and have a short waist/long legs, so I carry my weight fairly well. I started in August at my top weight EVER of 202. Today I had a Graze Punnet that was 70 calories, but it was more of a snack before an early dinner. Yesterday, I had a cup of Pacifica Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup and a half of a grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 slices of Kraft Singles and a 45 calorie slice of bread and Kerrygold Lowfat Butter. 375 calories

You can get great single serving frozen steel cut oatmeal at Trader Joes. Two per box. It takes about 4 min in the microwave. I have also found that fresh basil in scrambled eggs is absolutely delicious. A piece of whole wheat toast with an egg over easy/medium, coarse ground black pepper, and mashed avocado is fantastic!
