What's for Breakfast????

I had 130g frozen raspberries lurking in the freezer so I heated them and stirred them into 200g low-fat yogurt.0

Not a thing but coffee. I generally don't get hungry til lunchtime. Which is great because that makes my 1200 calorie net easier to stick to. And I get a bigger dinner after my workout.0

Cottage cheese with sliced banana (and maybe a little bit of honey if I feel like it), coffee with peppermint cream. Back to the salt mines today, so gone are my lovely leisurely breakfasts.0

This week and the passed week I've only had strawberries with some juice soup and psyllium husk, coffee with almond milk and sweetener and two rice cakes with a few turkey slices. I should probably eat some more but I must have something more just a few hours later no matter what I eat in the morning - big or small breakfast. It's extremely annoying! And it's a struggle to keep on low calories because of that..0

I tried another new egg dish. It turned out pretty good. Two eggs, 20g hot sausage, 58g ham, 14g four cheese Mexican, 25g plain Greek yogurt and 14g 2% milk. I also had mixed veggies, green beans and toast. Here are the numbers {including a cup of coffee} calories 547, Carbs 33, fat 27, protein 43, sodium 994, sugar 10.

This morning it was 2 scrambled egg muffins (baked a new batch yesterday with eggs, milk, green onion, broccoli, chicken sausage, garlic salt, black pepper and a little sriracha); 2 clementines; and 8 ounces of coconut almond milk. Because everyone is always raving about the stuff, I bought a little bottle of sriracha the other day. It is really good, not as spicey as I feared, but the sodium is killer. Nearly 1000 mg for 2 tbs. I'll be using it sparingly!0

5 banana coconut macadamia pancakes, 4 grilled egg whites, 1 slice turkey bacon, cup of chai.0

A shot of coffee, 100 ml of 1.5% milk, a banana and two tablespoons of raw oats, blended in a blender My favourite, have this every morning and will for some time to come I suppose!0

I was hungry yesterday and had too many calories left in the evening, so decided to go for a bigger breakfast today to see if that would help. Had my usual two egg vegetable omelet with feta, plus some leftover steak, radicchio, and half an avocado. Felt decadent.0

I just mixed everything together and didn't even attempt a fold. Also had baked beans, veggie pizza and toasted baguette slices. I still have a lot of the veggies left, so I'm thinking of a Greek yogurt quiche using them and ham.
that's how I make my eggs. WINNING!
I call them eggs with *kitten* in them.
Because I cant' be bothered to "fold" or even bother to do anything like that. I cook the bacon- drain some of the grease- sautee the veggies- then throw the eggs on top- sometimes they are pre 'scrambled' sometime I just shove them around in the pan till it's like' scrambled'

But I'm cooking at night usually.
I only have coffee for breakfast.0 -

You're almost the same as me! Two scrambled eggs with half a cup of ground turkey, a bit of salsa, and blueberries/blackberries on the side.
I have almost the same thing every day for breakfast and never tire of it. Plus all the protein does me until lunch.0 -
I had Oatmeal w banana and a tsp of evoo mixed in. Then later, once I got to work I had a large tangerine and some chocolate...0

Well I started off with an Olympic yogart. Then I had a carrot and a celery stick (actual size). I was still hungry so I had one hard boiled egg with a slice of toast. And one bottle of water.0

I think I found this link posted by another member....not sure. But I made one of these recipes this morning and another for sausage egg muffins that I found on another site. I had two egg muffins this morning which clocked in at less than 250 calories total (for both together), 18 grams of protein, and 15 grams of fat. (one had sausage and one had a half strip of bacon), with a total of 3 carbs. This is much tastier than my usual one to two eggs and two strips of bacon, easy to freeze, grab, and reheat to take out the door, and has about the same protein, fat, and calories. These had slightly more because I had 1/2 to a full tablespoon of cheese in each, which can easily be omitted. http://dailyburn.com/life/recipes/egg-muffins-breakfast-recipes/0

I pre-logged some cottage cheese with strawberry preserves and a fried ham steak, but I ate a lot last night and I'm not all that hungry. I'm having coffee now and if it doesn't wake my hunger up, I'll probably skip breakfast entirely. So... as of now, what's for breakfast is coffee!0

Oatmeal with protein powder, a cup of Crio Bru with half & half.0
-
1/8 c quick oats
1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
1/2 red D'Anjou pear, chopped
1/4 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 Tbsp clover honey
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Refrigerated everything then added the pear this morning, mixed & enjoyed. So good!
Of course a cup of coffee went with it.0 -
I had been adding shredded wheat {which my wife bought then didn't eat} to my morning mix because I was out of my Kashi Go Lean Crunch. The shredded wheat is finally gone, so I'm back to the usual blend.

This was more brunch than breakfast, but...
Omelette with green onion, chopped turkey, cheddar, red bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, brussel sprouts, sriracha, garlic salt and black pepper; cucumber; and an english muffin with tuna salad left over from last night's dinner.

I work at waffle house, so I have lots of breakfast options. Unfortunately, few are very healthy.
I went with a grilled chicken breast, three scrambled egg whites, and wheat toast. Pretty filing and not to hard on the calorie count.0 -
