I had a ham, chicken breast and cheese omelette, green beans and garlic parm toast. Also strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with Greek yogurt and my latest smoothie. I'm growing to like my new low heat, non-folded, covered with a heavy lid omelettes.

Most days I do the same old thing. Go Lean Crunch, carnation instant breakfast and an carrot or two. But I had some left over rib eye steak that needed using. So......
Steak, eggs, slice of a roll, scallions and a tomato slice. It was 671 calories, but I'm heading straight to the garden, plus today is my lifting day.

I used to love making egg white omelets with lots of veggies, but since having my baby 7 weeks ago I now have to eat quickly. So now it's usually something really quick. This morning was oatmeal made with milk and agave and topped with sliced strawberries. Yum!

Years ago we were at a New Year's Eve party at a friend's house. This lady was involved in that organization {I can't think of the name} where international travelers would sleep at your house when they were passing through. A French lady was there that night and I ask her what etouffee meant in French. She said "under a heavy lid." So I guess I'm making omelette etouffee :p

I usually do greek yogurt, half a cup of oatmeal, and a banana. I'm trying to incorporate a vegetable into the mix though.

I do the meat and nuts breakfast. Used to have a small sausage with 2 eggs or egg whites some greens and a handful of almonds. For my sweet tooth I have a banana. Now I have some mince instead of sausage because it's leaner
