    veggie fruit smoothie that consisted of 1 1/2 cups red kale, 1 beet, 1/3 of a cucumber, 1 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 frozen blueberries, splash of coconut water, spirulina, and 2 tbsp of rice protein powder - it will power me up until lunch time :-)

    I have same thing every day pretty much, very light. large coffee with milk/Sweetner, fibre One crunch Dry 1/3 cup, syntrax nector protein scoop, a small apple and 4 cup s of water

    only around 320 calories but it is all i need. never low on energy
