  • My old gym used to have a 60 minute fitball calisthenics class - lots of upper body and ab work. I can't remember where I found it, but it said between 250-300 calories per hour burned for a 150 pound person depending on the intensity. I logged it as 250.

I searched various sites and most said for a 150 lb. person, you would burn 400 - 450 calories per hour at an intermediate level.
