Weight Training and calories burned

I just finished 60 minutes of weight lifting. How do I know how many calories were burned. I logged every thing I did in my journal but it doesn't show any calories burned. Do I just settle for knowing that I did something good for myself?

You can log it in under cardio to show calories burned.0

You can log your weight training- its in cardio database under "strength training"0

Be aware though that if you were to use a heart rate monitor, it would most likely show you burned far more than what this site shows under cardio for strength training, at least that is what I find with mine.0
