I weigh myself same as malibu every morning, but only log it once every 2 weeks (which is when I have my "check in" with my nutritionist). That way my chart doesn't fluctuate, the losses are "real" losses, not temporary so it gives me a more accurate picture.

My variations: 1) oatmeal + Peanut butter + 1/2 banana + cinnamon 2) oatmeal + Peanut butter + frozen blueberries/strawberries + cinnamon [I usually leave the berries in the closed tupperware for about 45mins as I'm getting ready for school so they defrost] 3) My fave is cooking the oatmeal in water, but when its nearly…

WHAT-A-TRANSFORMATION both inside and OUT! You can definitely see a difference. Way to goooooo, keep up the AMAZING job. And like above post said, that race looks like fun!! They say the 2nd half of the journey is MUCH easier (and by "they" I mean "me") so if you think about it, your just around the corner to the finish…

Very inspiring post. So sad to hear about the cruelties people have to endure, its such a shame but it definitely is true. I especially liked your "save a life with a hug, kindness than destroy one with hateful words"...everyone needs to remember this no matter how old or young we are! Thanks for posting!

Feel free to add me! Im fairly active on the site and open to new friends :) As for the phone, I didn't have to sync anything, I just update either and they usually are both updated. There is a link at top of website "Help" and you can type in a topic and usually get good answers, maybe that will help? Sorry I can't help…

I used to do the same thing. (1) It really is all about breakfast. And making sure you get protein with breakfast (doctors kept telling me that) helps to decrease your cravings later on (protein = greek yoghurt, eggs, etc.). Just hang in there, we all have our ups and downs but its the people who can get past it and keep on trekking that come out on top. 4 pounds, yeah it sucks, but could be 10 pounds, 20...etc. so think positive. When I get stressed and depressed, it always helps me to just go out for a walk or call up a friend. Best of luck!
