I have 2315 calories left because of exercising, what should I have for dinner? Just put it out there. Anything. I don't know what I should have. Suggestions please?

spinach salad with black beans, chick peas, tomatoes, corn, carrots --> had it for lunch, was delish!
chicken with sauteed mushrooms and onions!
baked broccoli and carrot casserole (cheese/tomato sauce/whipping cream)
salmon with asparagus and baby carrots
