I only keep the calorie count. I have a hard enough time doing that!

Funny I should just see this because I just made popcorn and when I put it in my food diary it came up as 200 calories! I thought I was only eating like 50 at the most!!!!

Im in the same boat. I just recently raised my calorie intake to 1400 and im still showing no results. I need to take this diet thing in a new direction.

I know what you mean! Ive been doing this for 2 weeks and nothing!!! I woke up one morning and had lost 2 lbs but then woke up the next day only to have gained 3 back! Im not sure what im doing wrong. I dont get to exercise alot thru the week. im still trying

Welcome! I just started on here Friday and it has already made a world of difference. I'm trying sooooo hard but 1200 calories will kick your butt ;-) it is so nice to have support. Good luck!!

I found that a can of chow mein vegetables have only 35 cals per serving. Put some shrimp or chichen strips in with it and eat it with some brown rice. Low Low calorie dinner!

chow mein veggies with grilled shrimp..................brown rice! im having SUCH a hard time keeping enough calories for dinner. anyone have any suggestions for low cal breakfast and lunch?

All I have been doing since i've started changing my eating habits is the treadmill. Its only been a week so I hope that it helps.

ok everyone so today was NOT a good day!! I went shopping with my daughter and eneded up at Mongolan Grill then had a blizzard......lets hope tomorrow is better. I really need to find my inner strength with this.
