The DOT physician offered no help at all. They originally told him that his regular level needed to be under 200 which it is at 162. I agree with the suggestion of not doing it too often. I stay away from the drinks with syrup base. I stick with the juice base. White liquor instead of brown and wine is difficult for me because I tend to like the sweeter wine which I am sure has more sugar in it.

I use the quaker oats from the big container, I cook mine in the microwave for one minute. Stir and then for another 30-45 depending on how much water I put in. Comes out perfect.

I have learned that as well. And it feels good knowing you can get support when you need it the most.

I learned that I stress too much about not eating too much and I am not eating enough. I learned that water isn't as bad and it seems sometimes. I learned that the more I take care of my body, the better I feel.
