If you posted here, you probably want help/advice avoiding doing this. Another "reward" is great....get a manicure. What about another food reward that isn't ice cream? I have to avoid sweets or I lose all control. Maybe a really fabulous salad with lots of different greens, blueberries, nuts, olives? Or something else.…

I can relate to the sugar addiction. For me, if I have one bite, I'm done. But, I am trying to use fruit instead. Maybe you can get the rest of the family involved in buying healthier food. I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner....sometimes a snack before dinner. Breakfast is cereal with yougurt on top or an egg sandwich on english muffin, lunch is salad with protein, dinner is hit and miss....I am aiming for 1500 cal/day
