I get muscle pain in my calf from time to time...I usually work through it. Mine always clears up after a week or so - it it bone or muscle?

If your are trying to flush toxins I wouldn't use splenda or equal - either nothing or just a spoonful of REAL unprocessed sugar like IN THE RAW. Just 16 calories in a teaspoon.

I would tend to agree with the real whipped cream idea. I try not to eat processed foods very much - some for convenience of course, but if I have the option of cool whip vs. whip cream - I would go for the cream.

If you do that you have to make sure you use LOW SODIUM BROTH - or you end up with the same problem.
