I was going back and forth on T25 and P90x3. I tend to go with what I know though, and having had previous success with P90x I went with the P90x3. Good luck!!! Stick with it and be sure to share your progress :-)

I definitely recommend a mat. And it shouldn't be painful for you besides the normal stretch feeling... I would see what your doc has to say. You don't want to make the pain worse!

Went for a bike ride. I FINALLY feel 100% better after my bronchitis, so tonight I'll be doing some 30 day shred. I've been doing it every day but very lightly since I couldn't breathe, lol.

Awesome! I started boot camp at the Y last week, but they only have it twice a week so I've been hitting up some TRX classes too. How many days a week did you go?

I used the resistance bands for absolutely everything. They were cheap, too. I want to say not more than 10 bucks at Wally world

I did p90x last summer and loved it. I also ate healthy for the duration, however I only did it for 60 days. Iam 5'3 and started at 140 lbs. When I finished I was down to 115. Before 30 days 45 days After 60 days
