I like the 100 calorie snack bags of popcorn which the popcorn seasoning you can buy, like white cheddar, cheddar, ranch.... its just different but good. I dont like to look that far into Disney movies, they all have somethings in them that arent for kids but they will never know it until they are older anyways. I dont wanna take away the fun times i had as a child with these movies from my kids.... and in all reality... They are cartoons... Just cartoons, not real people.…

Yeah thats my same problem! I will be at 325 some days then the next day be 327 then the next day be 329 and then after like 3 or 4 days be at like 324. I just dont understand! Its frusterating!

Have you tired the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD? Have you tried doing intervals where you run for so long and break for so long. Make your favorite processed foods from scratch or stay to the outside of the store.
