I like air-popped popcorn as a snack. A 25g serving had about 3.5-4g of fibre, a trace of sodium and is under 100 cals even after I add a flavouring. I flavour with either chilli powder, a pinch of salt, 2 pinches of sweetener, or a butter bud. I also like eating fat free cottage cheese or strawberry jam (sometimes both…

One oz is 28.35 grams, so to convert from grams to oz do: (weight in grams)*0.35 = oz weight or (weight in grams)/28.35 = oz weight or print off this conversion chart and stick it up in your kitchen, http://www.gramstoounces.co.uk/

I like to use about 2/3 quark to 1/3 fat free greek yogurt. It stays nice and thick and creamy, with a cream cheese flavor, but isn't too sharp from the yogurt.

Hi. I've got 50 kg (110 lbs) to lose as an initial goal (which I would like to achieve for my graduation in July 2015). From there I'll reassess, and probably another have 30-35 lbs to lose. My diary is open.

This. Also, log foods before you even cook them; if you can, log your entire day in the morning (leaving some snack calories). I find it a lot easier to have mentally planned my meals, that way I have it in my mind that I'm going to eat [insert meal], and don't end up craving something else or just eating something that…

I've bought glasses online from www.selectspecs.com They were the cheapest, and BEST glasses I've ever bought. They arrived quickly, fitted well and I found them better than my designer pair. My 'I'll give it a try as a back-up pair' are now my go-to glasses. SelectSpecs also ship internationally. Prices start from $10.00…

I've worked in catering for about 12 years. By UK food safety regulations, the turkey would have to be disposed of, no question. However, would I cook it for home use? Yes, without concern (as long as the thickest part of both the thigh and the breast both reached at least 165°F during cooking). This is not to say 100%…

I put some on or in an omelette, rather than using cheddar. On crispbreads is also nice, either just cottage cheese or spread the crispbreads with jam/jelly and then top with cottage cheese (I know this sounds awful, but it's delicious).

Measuring cups/spoons are notorious for being inaccurate. You should try investing in a digital kitchen scale, they're not expensive.

I had homemade sweetcorn and courgette (zucchini) fritters with homemade tomato salsa. Under 450 calories, and I made enough for tomorrow too.

My first re-assessment weigh is 186 lbs (less than I weighed at 13yo). I hope to get down to 152 lbs, but will be happy with 186.

Liverpool, UK. I've only lived here for 26 months, but I love it here. It's home.

Go back to logging everything. Weigh everything, keep track of sodium levels, check the batteries in your scales (presuming they're digital), make sure you're weighing at the same time each week, weigh nude, check your weight on your doctor's/gym's scales, also have you changed/started/stopped any medications recently?…

I drink it, and I make no secret of that. I drink about 2 to 3 liters of diet caffeine free Pepsi per day.

I'm a pansexual, not particularly feminine female. I tend to prefer people who are a mix of masculine and feminine traits. I'm not generally attracted to overly manly men or very feminine women. I find androgyny particularly beautiful.

Add soy sauce or hot sauce to the water, maybe. Adding some Indian spices or some curry paste should give it a nice flavor. Alternatively, put some boned, skinned chicken between 2 large pieces of cling wrap and bash it out thin with a rolling pin, then grill, BBQ, griddle or dry fry it. You can always add flavorings after…

I just buy the right sort of foods, and my healthy menu just falls into place. I can't eat what I haven't got. I do roughly plan my meals the night before, and log them then too. Then I can see if I can budget a treat into my day or if I need to exercise/change a meal to stick to my calories.
