and I need ideas for low calorie, healthy items to get! So far I have:

Maybe get something yummy for when you want something sweet, salty, whatever you crave.
You don't want to completely cut things out that might cause you to binge on.

moose tracks ice cream

triscuits
maybe some flavored coffee creamer (caramel? toffee?)

pork ribs (i like southern style because theyre cheap)

I like air-popped popcorn as a snack. A 25g serving had about 3.5-4g of fibre, a trace of sodium and is under 100 cals even after I add a flavouring. I flavour with either chilli powder, a pinch of salt, 2 pinches of sweetener, or a butter bud.
I also like eating fat free cottage cheese or strawberry jam (sometimes both together) on crackerbreads.0 -
Chuck/arm roast
Steaks (but we keep a freezer chest full and buy by the side)
Fresh fish (like sockeye salmon)

Kipper snacks/smoked herring
