  • ive been a bit MIA as well. laundry list of excuses. but this week has been better so far! I got in a walk and some yoga... im not on the computer as much as i used to be, so im trying to keep up with challenges and posting as much as possible so far: Mon 96 min cardio Wed 60 min strength

  • i like the change up with the teams being the activity levels... but i fear there will be less character camaraderie, unless the group/team threads are character based. however it goes... i love and miss my team carol! so im team carol and throw me in the intermediate for activity.

  • its really personal preference. some people get light headed half way through. others, like myself, feel sick if i SO eat before. best you can do is try a few different ways.
