My worst ones are that I'm either "on" or "off". I can't seem to find a middle ground or "reasonable" I also tend to avoid getting on the scale if I know it is bad news.

Hi all, just got back from a trip to Oregon. Met my new granddog and went skiing for 3 days at Mt. Bachelor. Between Larry and George (my daughters pup), I have a bad case of puppy fever. My sleep is a bit sucky. I usually fall asleep just fine, but then I wake up a 4AM and struggle to get back to sleep. Usually, I just go to another room so I don't disturb my wife.

My plan to get back on the wagon is as follows. Day 1. Today - track everything Day 2. Hit the gym - my legs were quite sore today and I have gone back early, and it did not go well. Day 3. Day of reckoning - weigh in, count it up and cry. Continue tracking and working out.
