Living The Lifestyle, Wednesday, May 26, 2021- Grocery Shopping
We meet here to explore, share, celebrate and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice. This is a thread for everyone. If you're new to GoaD, or to weight…

LTL Apology
Guys - sorry that I missed the last 2 LTLs. I was skiing at Mt. Bachelor and it slipped my mind. I didn't realize it was going to carry over to April, so I missed yesterday's as well. I'll pick it up going forward. No immediate travel plans for at least a month.

FAO Authenticity
My wife is considering getting back into WW. She has no desire to do online. All the in person meetings in Ann Arbor seem to be permanently closed. The closest one is in Canton, and she considers that too far for some mysterious reason that has nothing to do with distance or time. Do you know if anything is going to reopen…

Introduction
My name is Todd, I'm a GOADie from way back, until we lost our board when WW switched it all up. I lost about 100 lbs on WW back then. I was on on line only. I kept the weight off for quite a while, mostly by running a lot. Then a couple of injuries took that away and of course I ate too much and gained a good 60 of it…

A snack size bag of Fritos has fewer calories than a small homemade corn muffin (Jiffy mix). I like either with Chili.

The Dreaded "I'm Back" Post
I was a regular participant in GOAD until WW pulled the rug out from under us. I was able to maintain more or less where I was for a bit, then a number of things resulted in my gaining back a significant portion of what I lost. My final wake-up call was when I couldn't get my ski pants buttoned. Skiing was one thing I…

Tbone Steak 50 or 100 calories/oz?
So I'm trying to figure out my dinner and I looking to have a decent sized tbone steak. I looked up the calories and they range from 50 to 100 calories/oz? Any idea why the spread? Should I just trim it close and split the difference at 75? Usually, I don't see this big a spread on values (but then, usually I don't eat…

Does MFP and Fitbit allow sharing of meal tracking?
I would be willing to go with either. I think MFP has a better database, but FITBIT takes into account my exercise, which I like.
