  • Hello, My plan has come off the rails as I've gotten the stomach bug that hubby had earlier this week. I haven't been this sick in years.   • Sorry I've had to back off the running for a bit. I'm dealing with a bout of Plantar Fasciitis and I don't want to push it and have it get much worse. After a couple weeks of no running, it is feeling much better. Congrats to all of you who are doing SO well!!
