Feel free to add me ... I log everyday.

To be a better me ...

I love my Surge. I've never had any problems with a rash, not with my Flex in the past either. I really like the snap shot it provides of the whole day rather than just using a HRM during workouts. It's not perfect, but it's a tool and the challenges are fun!

Done!

My thought exactly.

Haha! No comment ... ETA: nevermind, I officially approve this statement

Rice Krispies Treats ... dang I wish I had something more interesting to add here.

People who leave their cart in the middle of the isle at the grocery store ... to stare at the macaroni and cheese for what seems like several minutes. Only irrational because its probably more like seconds that I have to wait

definitely trying this!

I'm liking Progenex Force in Lemon Squeeze right now. I definitely get the itch, but it's not over the top. I also like the convenience of the individual packets.

Things that didn't work - Diets ... all of them Exercise plans that I hated, but appeared to help others lose tons of weight I wish I had known - That I need to fuel my body to work out hard That focusing on performance in the gym, rather than the scale, would make me feel accomplished That CrossFit was where I'd find my…

Squats ... because I'm good at them and they make me feel like a powerhouse. I am starting to really love Snatches too - gotta respect anything that takes me this much work and time to learn!

Good luck. I would be so sad without cheese. For me, eliminating things I love always leads to problems in the future. If you can handle cheese in smaller quantities, I'd recommend that instead of eliminating it.

I too have back and knee issues and was told in the past that deadlifts and squats were dangerous. Deadlifts used to hurt actually ... but, it was not the movement itself that caused problems, but my form. Once my form improved, all issues have gone away. They are excellent exercises, and I wouldn't trade them for…

Why are people still asking this type of question ... I'm gonna keep reading anyway, just because it entertains me ...

Yup!

I agree with the recommendation of StrongLifts. It's simple and effective. As far as the butt ... I believe that squats are the answer to all of a girls' problems ... heavy squats ... oh, and deadlifts ;)

You look amazing! You should be proud!

Sure!

I know that feeling! My husband and I visited a box while traveling once ... they introduced us as the visitors, then everyone paid attention to how much we sucked. I feel so much better being awful in front of people who are used to my awful ...

^^This! Recognizing the habits you need to change now will take you far. If you're not ready, don't go! You can revisit later once you have gotten into your routine and can make the best choices. If you do decide to go, just do the best you can and get right back on track after you leave. You definitely don't have to let…

Feel free to and me, anyone for that matter. I'm consistent with my exercise (food logging not as much) but I'm pretty good at being positive and supportive!

I cook lots of food on Sunday and portion it in containers for the week, like chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, rice, etc. I also use my Crockpot a lot. Allrecipes.com has some really good recipes that take very few ingredients and are really good!

I'm not doing Whole30, but I am doing the Paleo Restart from the Paleo Leap website. 30 days of preplanned meals and recipes. Everything's been really good any satisfying. I would love friends who are trying the Paleo lifestyle.

Just for today I will stick with the food I have planned and prelogged.

I mostly listen to hip hop, but when I need a push during a run I always play Down with the Sickness or Radioactive. These songs always give me a boost
