I use workout videos or workout plans in health and fitness magazines. I just rip out some of the plans and hang them up where I work out at home and it helps keep me motivated and full of ideas for work outs. Feel free to add me

i'd try doing weights first then cardio or even just focusing on weights. Your body may not have the energy to do both and its killing your motivation

ive found adding people who are motivated and positive really helps. Consistently seeing their work and motivation really helps push me and remind me. Find a buddy to help keep u on track or to remind you to work out. Helps when you are both keeping each other motivated and challenged to not give in or give up

i totally agree, when im feeling exhausted and loss my motivation, its usually because of my diet. once i start eating better I have more energy and my motivation comes back!

keep your head up, you got this. The goal of yours can be done and can be accomplished with hard work and determination. It wont be easy but just think of how great you will and how far you will have come once you get there......keep that vision in mind and you can get there

i agree! i think its the constant reminder of your goal or something you are going for that helps! Busy days often make me forget about my goals, I just gotta keep seeing them and hit them! If I dont....well I'll come with a penalty then haha
