You look amazing! Congratulations on your dedication, can't wait to see you when you meet your goal!

I feel like this could be a euphemism.

Chobani flips (choco mint and key lime are among my faves), turkey deli slices, pickles, celery, edamame (not shelled), sunflower seeds, 1 cup of 2% chocolate milk. Not all at once, though....

Some things that have been working for me, and just focusing on the mental aspect of building good habits around losing weight: -Definitely surround yourself with people here who are motivated. They will keep you coming back, checking in. I've been on MFP for a long time, but weight loss hasn't stuck because I don't use it…

GDI! I left there last year!!

Well, ever since I contributed to this thread, I've remembered diet sodas as an option. So thanks! I've started to cycle it back in as an option (about 20% Coke Zero : 80% Lacroix Lime).

Welcome back! I too have been on MFP for years, but actually logging... Not so much. Well, I finally broke that streak this time; guess third time was the charm. The game changer for me was indeed getting a great group of people around who are active - especially in engaging and interacting. Diary stalkers are great…

INCONCEIVABLE!!!

I totally read this as "the beast version of myself", and I was so motivated! Yeah baby!
-
OMG this one cracked me up!

I drink water or unsweetened ice tea generally, but I will happily indulge in a Coke Zero. I don't like the taste of most sodas, it just tastes "generically sweet", but there's something about Coke Zero I really do enjoy. I'll also mix kombucha with seltzer water for a nice alternative fizz. (I do like the sour zing.)

I seriously get motivated by these.

Link didn't work for me and I was curious, got another handy? Or the title to find elsewhere?
-
Totally agree, LOL. Having said that, I might have gone long enough to try and dip my toe into online dating... *sigh* I guess that will be my version of the above. @Nerdswrkout2_1978 I echo the others' disbelief....

Looking great - thanks for sharing, helps to motivate!

I'm a meat eater. My parents did go through phases of trying to make us vegetarians, macrobiotics, whatever-the-fad-diets of their time, but I've determined through my own experience that I enjoy eating meat. I'm dominantly a texture-based eater, so to me, texture is key. When I eat a burger, I don't load it up with all…

(Argh, how did it repost today?) But still loving Calvin and Hobbes... Okay, mostly Hobbes.
-
Thank you for posting these, I love Calvin and Hobbes.
-
I clearly feel this one.

I think quite a few of us feel the same about men, LOL. OP... if you're young enough to want it, then do it. You're not done living yet!

I use the NuvaRing. Love it. I switch out in time so that I can skip periods, too.

I'll often toast a Franz English muffin (120 calories) and mash a small Hass avocado on top (about 60g ~ 100 calories) - avocado toast! Comes in at 220 calories. Plus a large black coffee... that's less than 230 calories. If I'm trying to do less calories, or more protein, I'll poach an egg (around 70 calories) and put…

I actually like to cook, but for work, I've started purchasing frozen meals (like Annie's, Lean Cuisine, or others) and just adding a bunch of greens to that. I definitely recommend the pre-washed green mixes - I usually have two in my fridge, one for spinach/mixes and the other for kale. I switch those up for texture and…

Not that I post heavily, but finishing up a remodel and starting a new job ... man, I'm just TIRED all the time. Plus I'm feeling dumb as I do the whole "I'm new here so the little things trip me up because you guys know all the tricks, like you can't capitalize things on your timecard or it gets rejected..." Le sigh.

I tend to attract people that identify as being on the spectrum. That's interesting and often frustrating.
-
I sense a trend here... okay, a couple of them.

Manic Monday, singles! Hope all is going well, that couch to 5Ks are going awesome, dates are sizzling and sexy, and recovery from St. Patrick's Day is hydrating.
-
I've been woo'd elsewhere for wishing someone a speedy recovery from hospital. *shrug*

I just finished watching Captain Marvel. Enjoyable, and a good (and timely) way to give her an entrance to the MCU.

How'd you like it? I've had this recommended over and over to me, but always by the same guy, who wants to know if I've seen it yet.
