Don't get discouraged if you can't keep pace or complete the exercise exactly like it shows in the video. As long as you're moving, you're burning calories. The endurance and stamina will come with time. Just stick with it and you'll succeed.

You need to understand what you're eating first. Baking, broiling or grilling wont change the composition of the chicken unless you add ingredients. i.e. olive oil, butter etc. Try getting up 20 mins earlier and cooking some eggs. Nutrition is a big part of recovery. Are you consuming protein and carbs 30 - 45 mins before and after exercising? When I first started exercising, my body ached for days after. Now that I drink my pre and recovery shakes, I feel great the next day. Google pre/post workout nutrition. There's lots of info out there.

She works with allot of smokers with designated 15 minute breaks during her shift (a smoke break is almost a given). I'm worried "ready" might be never. I was lucky, there was only one other person at my company that smoked when I quit which made it a whole lot easier. Now, my entire company is smoke free.
